Does anyone know where I can find a ready made, or partially made solid body for an electric violin? I am seeking the material in an unfinished state. I have considered simply purchasing a tonewood and starting from there, which may have to be my only option. That may even be better. What are some good suggestions for the wood type? Thanks for any help.
